All you could ever want to know about James Bond Cars

Ok, so we all know Aston Martin is synonymous with Bond. But what about all the other cars used in the films? What is the most popular bond villain car? and what types of cars do Bond’s love interests drive?

To answer these questions, and all the others that you never asked, let’s take a look a closer look at the data…

As you can see, Ford and General Motors actually make up the bulk of the cars used in the films.

But how does it look when we split the cars up by who actually drives them?

So, it’s actually the baddies that prefer the Fords, General Motors, ‘Jaaaags’ and ‘Mercs’. Whereas, the British Government is all about those Astons. And at a push, those other British staples such as Land Rover and Rolls Royce.

Right. So now that we have established that Bond really does love his Aston’s, let’s take a zoomed in view of the cars he (or MI6) own.

No surprises for any true Bond fan, The Aston Martin DB5 is the clear ‘winner’, and is used in eight of the bond films so far.
